Accept Invite and Register

If you would like to register for WildID and create a new organisation of your own, please see Register.

However, if you have been invited to join an existing organisation by its Admin, and you don’t yet have a WildID account, you can accept the invitation and register your WildID user account in one step. In this case you will not create your own organisation, but rather join the existing one.

Note that existing WildID users can accept invitations to new organisations in the Memberships tab without re-registering for WildID. See also View your memberships

Being invited by an Admin

In order to join an existing organisation, you need to have been invited by an Admin of that organisation.

You will then receive an emailed invitation to register your new user account and join the organisation.

Clicking on the link in the email will take you to the Accept invite page.

The email address with which you were invited is filled in for you, and cannot be changed. If you would like to use a different email address as your username for login, please complete the Accept invite process, and then change your email address within WildID once you have logged in.

Complete the Accept invite process by entering your name and choosing a password. You will be logged in to WildID and your membership of the organisation accepted in one step. You will be able to begin working in the organisation immediately.

Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

During your registration, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you continue your registration, and log in to WildID, you are bound by these terms by your use of the site.

You can read the Terms of Service here.
